Court Hearing about Plots of Land at Prague Castle Was Adjourned

The hearing before the District Court for Prague 1 concerning the determination of the ownership of the plots of land in Zlatá ulička at Prague Castle was adjourned to 25 March 2010. The hearing will start at 9 am.
The judge requested the legal representative of Mrs. Pezoldová to provide supplementary materials and adjourned the case to the end of March. He should decide on whether the plots of land in Zlatá ulička were owned by Adolf Schwarzenberg at the time of his death.
The legal representative of Mrs. Pezoldová believes, among other things, that the Act 143/1947 lex Schwarzenberg should not apply to them because it was provably not a business property.
He also requested the court to initiate examination of the constitutionality of the Lex Schwarzenberg Act with the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic.
